Description

I watched an ant attack and drag a spotted lanternfly nymph over the course of a few minutes. The single ant managed to hold on as the lanternfly flung both of them into the air multiple times. Finally, the lanternfly stopped resisting, and the ant dragged it down between the gravel stones.

This location has a large lanternfly infestation as well as an ant colony.
