Description
It was cool to observe her going through these steps- dragging the prey, dropping it and checking things out, and then leaving it by the nest. Watched her remove the debris she used to camouflage it, and then drag the caterpillar down inside.
It was impressive though to see her ability in carrying large balls of clay. Second photo shows it- behind her right leg. Once she was finished, I couldn’t figure out where the nest was- she hid it really well!
