Undescribed? 10-12mm. I have a video that better illustrates how these look/behave but am unsure how videos work on iNat. Unconfirmed sighting at Beyeria CP. They jump and look much like Myrmecia tepperi in their movement.

I inadvertently knelt down next to a nest of these ants while I was trying to photograph a moth and was bitten about 20 times. As an experience I rate it 0/10 and do not recommend. To add insult to injury the moth, probably alarmed by my loud cursing and flailing limbs as I tried to dislodge the ants, flew away before I got even a single photo.

Abnormally yellow ant, all other ants from the same nest looked normal (see this observation and this observation for examples of other workers from the same nest). Third image shows nest entrance
