~1 mm body with white-tipped club antennae and what looked like folds across the dorsal thorax. On a Boerhavia coccinea leaf on a plant infested with mealybugs. Appeared to jump rather than fly off and no wings were visible. Possibly the wingless Encyrtid; Neodusmetia sangwani. Looked like this one: https://bugguide.net/node/view/2192495

Description
~1.5 mm body with ~1 mm antennae length. There were quite a few males and they appeared to be acting territorial (approaching the other until it moved on) over a certain stem section or leaf area of Boerhavia coccinea. According to Jeong Yoo, this could be a male Dicarnosis wasp. AI is "pretty sure" this is Anagyrini tribe.

These probably aren’t S. molesta. Behaviourally they’re very different as they not only nest in logs but also organise brood differently, they stick it to the walls of their chambers including the roof. I have only collected molesta under stones in soil with large brood piles in the middle of chambers. Originally I thought they were maybe solenopsis picta, but I’m not quite sure, they don’t seem to be dark enough and have dark heads and lighter messasomas. They appear to key out to molesta complex. Please enlighten me if you have collected any molesta like this.

Jason Hollinger’s TLC indicated P. degelii (in these photos it’s mixed with Rhizocarpon oederi with black apothecia), though this is most brilliantly orange degelii I’ve ever seen. Perhaps the anakeesta inspired something new?
