OECOPHORIDAE: Concealer Moths ⁵

Tingena hemimochla (Meyrick, 1883). F.L. 7.5-8.8 mm. Endemic. Common.

Habitat, seasonality and behaviour ⁵

It is found across the north island and is mainly on the wing from November to April. I have come across this moth on numerous occasions on the Coromandel ranges.
