Acrocercops laciniella (Meyrick, 1880). Adventive. Locally Common.
Adults can be found from January through to March. They fly at night and are attracted to artificial light.
The larvae of all Gracillariidae start as leaf miners. Larval hostplant is Eucalyptus, Angophora hispida. They mine the leaves of their host plant. The mine has the form of a large, irregular blotch in juvenile leaves.
