Loricella profundior

Description 1

Small chiton. Front plate proportionately very large, and skirt/girdle narrows towards the rear. Fine radial lines on the front plate. The rear plate and the middle of other plates has fine back to front lines/ridges, and there are also fine radial lines on the rear plate. Plates are a reddy-brown with mottles of off white and brick-red.
