ID by iNat. Unhealthy. Did not move off Oxeye Daisy flower. Hives were just moved in nearby in the past 2 days.

Not sure if this is Osmia? She? foraged on the Clover very fast, and it was impossible to get any decent photos. Her entire body appeared bright metallic blue, which isn’t reflected in these photos.
