Description

Not sure if this is Osmia? She? foraged on the Clover very fast, and it was impossible to get any decent photos. Her entire body appeared bright metallic blue, which isn’t reflected in these photos.

I believe this to be a leaf-cutter bee. It was interested in a patch of damp dirt along with several honeybees and a couple bumble bees.
