can anyone help me id this Diaea spp? was on my mower after I had finnished mowing hay so guessing is an open country spieces. Any ideas to gender/age etc?

orb web type stung across side of walking track. Web was about 12" across and about 6' above the ground. spider would not move even when macro photographed. Did not appear to be a smaller (male) spider in vicinity of the web. Thinking Colaranea melanoviridis ?
