The reason I got an actual camera. I would see kingfishers every other day when walking our dogs and if whip out my phone and be so disappointed because they’d fly away or I couldn’t get a decent shot of them :(

My partner took me out to a spot where he had counted 15 spoonbills in a tree last week, sadly they weren’t there but there were some on rocks nearby. This was around 7.55am.
