Description

A male (I think). The distinctive looking female can be seen in the left hand side of the last image and in my previous observation. The much smaller (and out of focus) make to the right.

Female. Seen in the same web approx 150mm away from a much smaller spider, that I’m guessing is the male. (See in the rich of the last picture, and in my next observation)

Tiny spider 3mm legspan. Appolgies for the low res pictures. Lime green legs. Gold body with intricate yellow pattern (yellow dots), and stripy legs. Found in tussock.

Description

4mm long. 9 black dots on shell. Found on tussock at a stop on the side of the road (see picture).

Description

Leg span approx 8mm. Very shy, hides when disturbed. Looks like it could be badumna. Although, no human habitation for miles. Found in tussock, sandy soil.

Feeds: Atom
