Parent falcons calling young falcon to fly over the last week. Now birds are diving and playing in the air, great to watch with lots of noise.

Sitting on top on 8m pine tree crying to other kea. Sat ther for 10 mins looked like a young parrot

2 Kaka seen flying and calling about ridge on the edge of native and pine forest probably looking at all the new activity happening around their area.

Walked on to skid site 126 and saw Kaka fly over head aprrox 15m away. About 1/2 hour later saw Kaka on forest floor about 8m away, flew off.

Flying through clear fell hauler site looked like young adult.

Driving down Tunnel rd Falcon flew in front of me approx. 5m away

Falcon flew into top of Pinus radiata tree and watched us for approx. 2 minutes then flew off.
