Description

Earlier observations of this same cluster of trees made on:

The trees are still robust despite the damage they sustained about a year ago (see earlier observations). Last year's growth well over one foot. Scar tissue evident at the base of the stems (photos 5-8).

Description

Large tree. Fallen twigs with leaves were found under the canopy.

The neighbouring trees with the reddish canopy, visible in the first photo, had fine branches and small buds - perhaps Salix.
