A little fledgling I found at work today. I don't normally condone photographing or getting this close to baby birds, but a behavior he/she was exhibiting concerned me a bit, so I took these to send to my boss, (we think he/she's ok). My boss thought this might be either a baby starling or grackle. I don't do much with little birds.
Anyone have an ID for this little guy/gal?

Deer carcass found stripped by a stream. 1st photo taken on May 14th. Second decomposition photo was taken on May 20th. Predator of some kind must have gotten to it. This path is right next to a highway. I think possibly vultures?

Brown-belted Bumble Bee (Bombus griseocollis)Observer

Little jerk either stung me or bit me, haha. (Most likely a sting). We were driving down the highway. He must have flown in through a window because I sat back in my seat and all of a sudden felt a sting in my back! We stopped and released him outside using a cup.
