We are an extended 3-generation family totally committed to wildlife and recording our observations wherever we are. Our home property is a sanctuary in the Humane Society's Wildlife Land Trust programme called "GlenRobin" for its year-round abundance of Southern Yellow Robins. Our consultancy activities involve our two postgraduate ecologists and we do not accept contracts that seek to justify rapacious land-clearing, urban over-development, or any gas, coal, mining, or industrial projects. In this regard we find we are in tune with "Scientist Rebellion" and are more interested in supporting educational and citizen science, as well as private landholders and indigenous organisations interested in conservation management, bushcare, and restoration.

Our home is on Daruk and Darkinjung Country, and our work also takes us onto Gundungurra and Wiradjuri Country. Rush Ecology acknowledges and respects the Custodians of the Country on which we live and work, and all Elders, past, present, and emerging. We share sorrow for past and ongoing wrongs, and we seek to help reconstruct the deep knowledge, vital connection, and shared responsibility for land, sea, and sky Country so central to identity, language and culture, and thence to our nation's future and that of our planet.
