I am a docent in Mt. Diablo State Park, CA, and a Naturalist. I enjoy observing and studying insects, birds, reptiles and other fauna, as well as working to improve my botanical skills. I am a U. C. Berkeley graduate with a B.S. in Entomology. I enjoy studying bees and wasps and have a particular fondness for Ammophila wasps, as well as the interaction of bees, wasps and those that parasitize their nests. I am also a lover of the deserts.
