I've recently retired from U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service as rare plant botanist, and am looking forward to going through years' worth of photos - mostly from southern California mountains and deserts, but also from more distant lands. A deep respect for anything that can photosynthesize, making it possible for the rest of us to live on this planet.
