Some of my earliest words were apparently 'pity farly' (pretty flower) but I took a detour and did a linguistics degree before properly understanding my interest in plants and the natural world.

I'm self-employed - ongoing work includes biocontrol of weeds work for Environment Southland and now the QEII regional representative for Southland.
