I'm an arborist and horticulturalist for work, and a naturalist, wanna-be biologist for play. Been a nature nut for 50 years, and eventually, it starts to wear off on you. I teach wilderness travel, plant I.D., ethnobotany and animal encounters with the Wilderness Basics Course in San Diego, CA through the Sierra Club.
