I love nature and the only reason for me to go on a hike or walk is to see the plants or animals out on the trail. Seeing something pretty or interesting will have me walking all over for great lengths of time.

The desert has been my home since 1972, first in Tucson, then Peoria, and Glendale, AZ. I love one day trips to explore the flora and fauna of various environments, going to Sedona or Payson, AZ. My backyard provides a generous amount of bird activity having man-made ponds that draw the wildlife.

I think I finally found a place, here, to share what I see and find.
