Hi there!

I am someone who absolutely loves frogs and turtles, but I also have a soft spot for Mustelids. I graduated from Laurentian University with a degree in Zoology and completed an undergrad thesis on factors contributing to tooth wear for Mustelids like marten, fisher, and wolverine and how tooth wear patterns reflects life history traits in these mammals. Currently I am working towards a Master's degree in Biology and doing research on Gray Treefrogs at their northern range limit.

I have worked in the field in Chalk River and on Manitoulin Island doing bat surveys, chimney swift counts, turtle nesting surveys, Hill's thistle monitoring, alvar habitat monitoring, trail camera monitoring, invasive species removal and so much more! Like most of you, I just enjoy being outside and learning as much as I can!
