Description

Abundant. Fledglings and adults commonly encountered on fringes of dense Hypolepis dicksonioides fernland and in open areas at head of gullies. A grey-and-white petrel with a distinctive black cap and white nape. Image shows a fledgling (this one having mostly shed its down) sitting within Cyperus insularis.
