Hydrophorinae ? Somewhat resembles Helichochaetus discifer, but differs.

Several specimens, possibly both male and female, flying about and feeding on a salt water sandy-mud flat.
Note the bizarre foretarsi on several of these (especially shots 7 and 8).
Appeared bright creamy white to the naked eye, especially when flying.
