Beetles make up a large part of the natural world and are being discovered constantly. With over 450,000 recorded species, they contain a myriad of biodiversity and ecological roles. They are fundamental to the nature of life on earth. Dr. Dole is an entomologist specializing in education on the wonderful world of terrestrial arthropods. Through her business, Beetlelady, she hopes to instill a love of bugs to inspire conservation of the natural world. Spend an evening glimpsing the beauty and astonishing diversity of insects and learn about Dr. Dole’s research on tropical bark beetles.
We hope to see you there!
