Sometimes you don't see an animal but you find an often distinctive, not always pleasant, sign of their presence.

Have a closer look and you may be able to find identifiable remnants of their last meal. (And if you've got access to a whiz-bang molecular machine and lots of dollars, you can learn a lot.)
