Interesting publication. I agree with the results and their taxonomic consequences.
Nevertheless, it would have been better, either to wait the POWO's update, or to ask to the iNat community before to deviate...

@abounabat Yes I know. It was a bit early, but also long awaited. I am happy that the situation with several species left over as Leopoldia is finally over.
I am sure that POWO will update the taxonomy according to the new paper.

The status of Muscari nazimiyense is still unclear at the moment, but do you know anything about the status of Muscari alpanicum and Muscari dolichanthum?
