Taxonomic botanist since 1972 & co-author of Flora of New Zealand Vol. 4 (1988). Now living in Nelson, New Zealand. My main research interest has been NZ Veronica (speedwells and hebes) and I've recently completed a Flora treatment of Veronica in New Zealand (about 140 species, see https://www.nzflora.info/publications.html#seed-plants). I'm also photographing flowers of native and naturalised plants and posting some here and on Bluesky (@Theobrominated).
