Trachypepla conspicuella (Walker, 1864). Endemic.

In general appearance it is lighter than T. euryleucota with less distinct markings.

Habitat, seasonality and behaviour 4

The perfect insect appears from November till February. It can be met with resting on walls and fences. It also frequently enters houses suggesting it as attracted to artificial light.
