Monopis argillacea (Meyrick, 1893). Adventive.

Habitat, seasonality and behaviour ³

Adults are on the wing from September through to March. They fly at night and come to light.

Life history ³

Larvae reared on nest of Goldfinch (Carduelis carduelis) and Grey warbler (Gerygone igata).

Also found in Australia.
