The Philippine Hawk-Eagle (Nisaetus philippensis), earlier treated under Spizaetus, is a species of bird of prey in the Accipitridae family. It is endemic to the Philippines.
Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist lowland and montane forests (up to 1900 meters). It is threatened by habitat loss.
