Suberites perfectus

Summary 3

This species occurs in the shallow subtidal in sandy patches between rocky reefs, and on deeper reef flats in groups of 12–15.

Relatively common in the shallow subtidal around Hohoura, Tutukaka, and Rodney from 3–15 m. Outlying records from Mayor Island and Three Kings at around 120 m.
