Night herping 3/17/21
Yesterday night, I went night herping in my backyard with a friend.
The goal was to find invasive frog species and remove them, as they are breeding now!
However, we were excited to come across pleasant native species!

Nice finds! May I ask, what did you do with the frogs after you removed them?

They are euthanized, using benzocaine.
First we apply it to them, they fall asleep, and we place them in a sealed bag and into the freezer.
