14 total, 11 on branch tips of one tree, 3 on another tree. Probably more. They kept changing locations due to sun shifting (shade) and WIND. Weather app says 65° 12-17mph winds... but felt MUCH colder (wind chill + shade).

Monarchs started gathering on one tree. 65° light breeze
11 total, 8 on the tree, 3 flying around. Was not there when park opened (orig count was only 2). This is the same behavior saw last year with total est 60 Monarchs. Most were low on the tree about 8ft, few 15ft, few flying higher.
Some of them had tattered wings.
