Currently doing an MSc in marine biology at The University of Auckland. Despite my field of research, I have a keen interest in fungi, which makes up a majority of my observations. I hope to buy an underwater camera in the future to contribute subtidal marine observations!

Much of the things I post come from the Waitakere Ranges I spot whilst doing volunteer bait-lines for Forest and Bird. Please don't enter the ranges without special permission and training at this time, as most of it is currently closed to protect it from Kauri dieback!
