Expansion of the Taxonomic Parameters

Hybridization with in the Balsamorhiza between Artorhiza non Artorhiza concept requires a reassessment of the survey parameters. The hybridization between B. sagittata and B. hookeri and between B. hookeri and B. hispidula and the occurrence of the low pinnate leaf taxa requires. This and the common chromosome count establish a reasonable basis for reviewing the larger taxonomic group.

About

The Artorhiza are a group of three Balsamorhiza consisting of B. deltoidea, B. sagittata, and B. careyana. These taxa are reported to hybridize. The project is an examination of the visible morphological features that may help to identify and delineate the geographical area where they are found.
