The aim of this project is to document instances of bees, lepidopterans, hummingbirds, bats, and other pollinators feeding on and collecting pollen from cactus flowers. In the Americas, cacti have coevolved with a plethora of specialist insects and other pollinators that are reliant on them. One of the goals of this project is to better understand what pollinators are feeding on cacti in areas where these plants are invasive. less ↑
