Collecting observations of puzzling, ambiguous, or unusual plants in Kentucky to search for an unknown species or regional variant. Kentucky only has 3 endemic plants, and those are rookie numbers! The Bluegrass region is of particular interest because it was historically a unique ecosystem, as are limestone glades, sinkholes, canebrakes, and rock shelters.
