Minor change to Lizards of the Amazon

Yesterday I changed conditions of the project so ‘casual’ grade observations with photo are now included as part of the project. Previously only ‘research grade’ and ‘needs ID’ were included. This change was made to increase to visibility of ‘casual’ observations since they can often be improved higher grade with data and/or time. In my experience, alerting users early on that an observation lacks date or time is key to getting those added. Thus, if you start to see observations lacking date or time, feel free to request it be added so the information contained in that observation can achieve maximal usefulness.

Thanks for the warning.

I am no longer an active herpetologist (and honestly I worked with anurans and snakes, not other lizards), but I am very interested in increasing the data on the herpetofauna of the region where I work, in the middle Xingu (Brazil). This is an extremely biodiverse area with huge gaps in knowledge about reptiles and amphibians. I hope to contribute more data in the future.
