I have T. rubrithoraca in my old collection but I don't remember the location.
Now all our efforts are focused on the study of the Belytini tribe (about 100 species in Europe).

do you maintain Cinetini separate from Belytini?

Yes, Macek (1989) designated the Cinetini and I agree with him. There is an unpublished key and new diagnoses of tribes but they need some work
