Leuistic mutation
Mystery salamander. Several dozen moved alongside a few hundred P. jacksoni during a summer rain. Pattern similar to zigzags (P. dorsalis). Based on images Dr. T. Pauley said these look like P. dorsalis; finding them here would be a considerable range expansion (~125 miles northeast).

Might be leucistic?

This is a very interesting creature. It is a leucistic redback salamander (not quite albino). It is the first record of such an individual for New Brunswick, Canada.

3 under one small chunk of wood
Very light erythristic bordering on leucistic
Odd coloration for a red-backed, maybe young colors or a mutation?
Found "little pale man" again. Ive seen him about four times since first finding him, and he is still growing and remaining in the same little area, but commonly occupies different logs.
Leucistic? The pigment in the ocular orbitals is making me hesitate on saying albino
Unusual colour morph.
Unstriped ("lead-backed") morph?
Juvenile Aneides flavipunctatus with no dark pigments, found with UC Berkeley Herpetology course.
Aberrant Arboreal.
Found inside a dead tree, has a cool colour morph which looked almost translucent in person, very unnatural looking. So cool!
Was an albino variety i believe
Seal is my guess but I’m not positive because of the bright yellow
Piedbald spotted salamander - H (Hermione)
Genetic mutation albino or leucistic
curiously pale
Leucistic Northern Slimy Salamander
Very rare mutation individual, adult-sized, albino? I was shocked when I see this one. What a lucky day.
This is the second day in a row that I’ve come across a pretty unique looking Red-back with a “whitish” colored stripe. (The one yesterday had an even bigger/longer whitish stripe.)
Melanistic, formerly ssp. Gordoni
