Owl-fly, this individual entered the driver's area of my SUV, I'd just parked (in garage) and this owl-fly entered the trough the passenger's front door, it perched near the interior windshield, and would not be coaxed out.

Large adult male sperm whale in the 40-50ft range stuck on sandbar roughly 50 yds off the beach. Whale was alive and breathing as of 2:45pm when I left. FWC, Mote Marine, as well as local police and sheriff department on scene had a portion of the beach roped off.
