I fully expect and welcome that someone will want to correct my guess for what this caterpillar should eventually transform into.
iNaturalist also suggested the Common Birdwing, the Andean Silverspot, as well as some others, but those caterpillars really did not look much like this leaf yellow-green bodied with a brown back caterpillar concealing itself extremely well on this Maximillian sunflower stem. I hope someone out there helps with this ID, because I look forward to learning what this creature is.
