took iNat suggestion.
The last 2 photos were actually observed first (in a Douglas Fir). Then the bird flew 10yards away, to the other side of a tent in a tree with less dense canopy. So I took 6 more photos.
These "first" six photos are the main observation. I think they are same bird and individual, but if anyone notices that they aren't or cannot be the same individual, then I'd delete the last 2 photos.

OK, I think it's a Nash, but that was iNat's third choice, after common yellowthroat and yellow breasted chat (Which I actually thought it was when I first saw it)
