Voucher specimen D.Nicolle 2664 & J.Connors.
Mallee 3.5 metres tall. Bark smooth, ribbony, pinkish-grey. Leaves dull, grey-green. Branchlets very slightly pruinose. Flowers dark pink (almost red) with yellow anthers. Growing on red sand with Eucalyptus gongylocarpa and E. concinna.
