Growing in landscaped mulch bed, bruises blue when handled
Cap: 2.1 – 4.5cm, hygrophanous, translucent striate
Stipe: 2 – 8mm in width, up to 3.8 cm in length

Description
Maybe ovoids? Stipe isn’t as tough as alenii or cyanescens. Seems to have a membranous annulus. Seems to be blueing. Purple-brown spores can be seen on caps.

growing out of dead Mahoe ( i think, a little hard to pin it down) native bush, kawakawa, kanuka and Mahoe dominant.
Presume Subaeruginosa, quite umbonate though so possibly Makarorae?
