Tiny plant with red and green leaves only a couple of mm long. Tiny flowers have 3 petals and what looks like 3 red anthers.

The AI really wants to call this Koenigia. This plant matches the description of K. islandica pretty well in the St. P guide, but that plant is supposed to grow in wet mud, not on the rocky tops of ridges.

Oak associated. Pores blue-ing blue and resolving to brown after 30 minutes. Very little staining in the flesh upon cross-section. A slight scent of bullion. White basal mycelium. No discernible taste.
