At 6880’, this specimen seems to be at the lower bound of its typical elevation range. Its cone and needle length distinguish it from P. lambertiana, and the pattern of its bark plates distinguishes it from P. monticola. Surrounding white pines appear to all be P. lambertiana, so its presence here is an anomaly

Not sure whether this is this species or tumbleweed. Any help would be appreciated.
