Obviously this is grizzly (sorry) and it has been here a while.
For ID, look at the face mask (still visible), tail banding (visible on what's left), and the shape of the feet.
Road views are looking south and north respectively. In the view looking north, further up on the edge of the shoulder, you might be able to see some holes from nesting turtles, which is likely why this raccoon was here.
Tiny frog, light brown, living in grass.
