Squawky summoning me from outside my window using the intra-family quiet 'bungBUNG-bungBUNG-bungBUNG' call and posturing (wings and tail flared, head bowed, body moving up and down; see last two photos). I've observed this family using the call with each other -- or rather one will do it, usually a parent as opposed to yearlings, and often when there's food around (but perhaps food is happenstance since they tend to congregate around food in my presence). It's a quiet enough call that it seems intended only for the immediate family unit.
Squawky specifically uses this call with me -- will sit outside my window doing it, and will do it when I approach. Sometimes does call/response with me. Not sure if it's a greeting, announcing own arrival, summons for a snack, or combination of these.
Squawky is one of the 2020 triplets who were abandoned early after fledging. S clung to parents and voiciferously refused to leave their care.

Momma gathered her brood and continued her day eating cicadas ... i'm thinking!! They are so welcomed!
