Single fruiting beneath Douglas fir and Western red cedar.
Nolanea with Pale tones overall.
Stem: Pruinose.
Gills: coated in pink spore drop.
Odor: None.
Harvested single specimen.
Removed a single gill and mounted in 3% KOH.
Spores: Angular, 5-6 sided, medium sized.
Basidia: both 4 and 2 sterigmate analyzed/photographed.
Lamellar trama: abundant globose cells.
Dehydrating specimen for herbarium collection/genetic record.

A single specimen, found on a 500+ Y. O. dune, beneath shore pine and Douglas fir, less than a mile from the Pacific Ocean on the north Oregon coast. It had snowed here 2 days prior to its discovery.
